Referred to as “Jack Nicklaus’ Masterpiece”, Hokuala Golf Course hugs the coastline and offers an unmatched golfing experience. The course defines what every “oceanfront golf course” aspires to be. It offers the longest oceanfront stretch of golf in Hawaii, weaving through mango and guava groves, and showcasing some of Kauai’s most dazzling cliffs.

Legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus designed the course to accent the coastline and challenge skilled golfers. The Ocean Course was named one of the 12 most beautiful golf courses in the world by MSN Travel, and was selected as a Top 10 Course in Hawaii by both Golf Digest and Golfweek.
The golf program is considered world-class and the most comprehensive in Hawaii. In addition to hosting tournaments, PGA instructors are available for session and private lessons at the Teaching Center – a highlight for anyone looking to hone their skills and improve their game. The club is constantly seeking to provide a first-class experience, and is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation. Exciting new features include an elite practice facility and a brand new clubhouse overlooking the 9th hole.
