The treasures of the Kauai landscape are at our fingertips. Right next to the beach estate, the Kalihiwai River offers a unique opportunity to explore and get active. One of our favorite activities is paddle boarding the river. Paddling from the Kalihiwai River delta will take you underneath the towering Kuhio Highway bridge as you weave around forested jungles of soaring trees. You’ll experience new areas and dramatic scenery as you wind along the water, all while getting a nice workout.
Stand-up Paddle boards can be rented at several occasions,including Kayak Hanalei, only five miles from the beach estate. Paddle boarding the glassy Kalihiwai River is one of our favorite activities, perfect for anyone looking to get out on the water and explore the lush tropical landscape of the island.
